๐Ÿ’Œ What is ASMR?
โ€ข ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, and it refers to the tingly and relaxing sensation someone feels, usually on the back of their neck and upper spine, when exposed to visual, auditive and/or cognitive triggers such as tapping or scratching on different materials, mouth sounds, plain whispering, etc.
โ€ข ASMR is meant for relaxation and/or to help you sleep (or simply entertain you) and it is in no way related to +18 content.
โ€ข Even though ASMR can provide relaxation and comfort, it is not a replacement for psychological care, please look for mental health professionals if you are struggling mentally.
