With a lot of classic triggers sprinkled throughout :) I'm going to be conducting a general examination and health questionnaire for insurance purposes. Triggers include: soft speaking, whispering, pencil writing sounds, palpation, stethoscope, guided breathing, sticky stethoscope, crinkly cling wrap sounds, eye exam, cover test, ear exam, otoscope, fishbowl effect, hearing test, light triggers, follow the finger, follow the light, fabric sounds, and asking questions.

From Oxford Languages: "a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. 'ASMR is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage.'"
