Hello Everyone! This ASMR video is made with those suffering from Tinnitus in mind. This version is layered with only rain sounds throughout the entire video to help mask the ringing and buzzing. I will do a body scan, guided breathing, and reassure you as we moved through the video and we will also do a little guided imagery to help out you in a relaxed state.
