VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to bed! Yes you've heard me, what are you waiting for?
2. Close your eyes and listen carefully to my voice;
3. Imagine you're at the top of a staircase with 50 steps;
4. I'll countdown from 50 to 0 and you'll take a step each time I say the following number;
5. Let your imagination flow and fall asleep to a beautiful dream.

In this video I'll be guiding you through a magical journey to sleep (guided imagery). I'll be whispering from ear to ear with cupped hands.
