ASMR Reiki for Loneliness/Healing Session for Feeling Lonely and Isolated/Soft Spoken ASMR style

Hello Everybody,

Welcome to my Channel. In today's video we are going to be doing an ASMR style Distance Reiki Session for Support During Lonely Times. Loneliness has been a theme requested by a few of you, and I thought this would be a good time to create this Reiki Session for you all.

I'm sending you so much love and support right now. This is a challenging time for many of us, and I just want to volunteer this space as a refuge and forum for support and connection. To hold space for whatever it is you're going through.

I know many of us are alone right now, and I want to invite you to share whatever it is that you're feeling- scared, uncertain, worried, numb, vulnerable. I am here to hold space for whatever you're going through.

So, with a deep breath and a lot of love, I ask how all of you are. How are you? How are you feeling? What have you been experiencing?

I had a few other videos planned, some of them already shot, but I decided to put those on hold and create this video for you instead :)

Not to worry, though, I'll be getting to your requests soon enough.

I feel so excited about the combination of Reiki and ASMR. I think ASMR is a beautiful compliment to Reiki as it encourages relaxation which is an ideal state to begin this kind of energy work.
