Hello dream pals near and far, today isโ€ฆyou guessed it: another ASMR โ€œworkoutโ€!

This one is a little experimental for me - some physical workouts are formatted as โ€œunilateralโ€, or, working on only one side of the body before moving onto the other side. I took that concept and tried it in an ASMR format, making sounds heavily focused in one ear before moving onto the other, hopefully with some tingly results! โœจ

So, no need to worry too much about the format. Just get comfy, sit back and relax, and let your mind be still as you listen to the various triggers. I really hope you enjoy this one! โญ๏ธ
