This is a 33-minute Yoga Nidra NSDR non sleep deep rest practice. It is particularly helpful after a stressful event or day or in times of change where anxiety may feel heightened. It includes simple breath practice, progressive muscle relaxation/body awareness and mindfulness practice in a relaxed and trauma informed way.

It is deep relaxation and rest without sleep - although it's fine if you do fall asleep!
