Asmr Reiki Session | Uncertainty, Frustration (daylight)

Hey everyone xx
How are you all doing? I have been having a rough week, a lot moving through me and I haven't had as much ease with it as I often do! Big changes in the world!

The intention for this Reiki session is to help us shift and move through these changes and the uncertainty that goes with it. Specifically any uneasiness, like frustration and conflicts. Uneasiness or discomfort in this sense is a sign of growth. When something new happens in our lives, in our bodies.. in whatever form, before we get the hang of it, there will be some discomfort there that is just inevitable. And that doesn't have to be "bad", it just is a part of the process.

If you are new to Reiki energy, it is immensely relaxing, stress relieving and clearing. It works through time and space, which gives us the ability to enjoy it through the screen.
