Personally if I do not reflect on my day and give praise to the things I did well, and take note on what I could improve, I get terrible anxiety before bed. Those negative intrusive thoughts just keep running and I have to STOP THEM, write them down , and tell myself that it is my anxiety, take a few deep breaths, and remind my self that I can handle it tomorrow. These phrases are some I repeat everyday to myself especially when I am feeling down.

There is only so much us lovely peaches can do, we are not perfect, but we did our best, and tomorrow is another day to do BETTER. For now let's rest, relax those tense muscles, and drift off to sleep. I wish you peaches have the peachiest dreams and a peachy time the next day!
