Yesterday I lay down and couldn't sleep. Eyes closed and nothing.
I tried breathing exercises, I tried to watch something, but nothing was working because I was thinking about many things at the same time. So I decided to get up and record this video, and it turned out that with the distraction, I was able to focus on the moment, and the warmer lower lights also helped me in this cozy feeling. That's why I called this video the COZIEST ASMR because that's exactly the effect it did on me.
I hope that you can feel comfortable here, in a safe environment. That you can forget about your worries and stress for a moment, and relax to have a good night's sleep.
