Homemade Sushi Bowl:

* shredded red cabbage (raw)
* snow peas cut into slivers (quickly blanched)
* red onion thinly sliced
* frozen green peas thawed
* white rice mixed with cut up nori
* mixed leafy greens
* capful of soy sauce for the rice

Eat separate or mixed, either way, SUPER NICE TEXTURE COMBO! Soft chewy rice with the crunchy veggies! Always getting the greens in, right? ;)
