Hi and welcome to the sleep examination!
This examination reminds me a bit of a sleep study mixed with a cranial nerve exam, so here we have the Cranial Sleep Exam! In this video I play an almost doctor role where I hopefully help you sleep better. In order to do so I must first ask you some questions. I start with basic questions and then move into more in-depth and personal sleep related questions. After the questions portion begins the physical examination for sleep. In this sleep exam I give you a smell test with essential oils, an eye exam with light triggers, and a hearing exam with whispers as well. This video is a soft spoken one, but there are also many whispers and writing sounds involved, as I record many things down on my clip board. I end this video with sleep recommendations and hopefully soon after you are monitored for sleep 😴
