Welcome to this dim-lit healing ASMR video where I do no-talking, close-up energy work, pulling, flowing, and any intuitive movements with my hands, to heal the layers of hurt around your heart. Whether you are working through grief, a break-up, childhood trauma, or nothing special, anyone can benefit from this heart healing. I am being quite gentle, but I still go pretty deep, so just be open to whatever comes up and to whatever sensations might arise.
