ASMR Negative Energy Removal with Scissors ✨ Hand Movements, Hand Sounds and Minimal Talking

Plucking remains my favorite visual trigger, the first to put me to sleep because it's the derivation of the hand movements I love so much.
I like to mentalize that hand movements are removing negative energy from me or pulling stress away. But the big truth is that I use this type of ASMR when I'm feeling anxious and overthinking things and visual triggers like plucking and hand movements are perfect for those situations. But in this one you will listen to scissors sounds cutting the strings of everything holding you back, could it be stress, anxiety, negative energies, bad thoughts, or even insomnia. I like the scissor sounds with this kind of visual ASMR because it brings more reality to the cutting invisible chords effect.
Other than that, hand sounds and mouth sounds are very present because I like the feeling of relaxation they bring me, even when while recording 🥰
For lovers of mouth sounds no talking, this video has few repetitions of words, and I think it's valid to put it in the category of ASMR Minimal Talking 😅
