I use flowing hand movements to help you feel the reiki energy move through your body along with working with the calmness of blue opal to set a peaceful frequency for you. I also incorporate brushing sounds on a quartz crystal bowl and the massage table. You may feel the gentle energetic touch of my hands as we work to ease you into a peaceful slumber while staying present that you are okay and you are free to release the worry.
