ASMR Deep Intense Head Massage 😴 My New Room!!!

HELLO HELLO

And welcome to my NEW APARTMENT!!! :)

As some of you may have seen in my community tab, I couldn't make last Sunday's upload :( I filmed a whole 40 min video while I was in the middle of my moving frenzy, and ended up feeling just mid about the footage. I debated setting it to go live up until the last minute and ultimately couldn't bring myself to publish it. But itssok because now I get to show you my cozy little new apartment :D isn't it so cute?! I was right in freaking out over it being too small to make a lot of content, but tbh it's not as bad as I thought it'd be. One day I'll work my way up to owning a filming room / studio!! But man large spaces aren't for me. I am very much enjoying my small space, as long as it's in a really good neighborhood, because then I'm also encouraged to go out on a lot. I have been LOVING my morning walks with pix at my new apartment actually. I've been waking up super anxious, but a morning stroll releases a lot of the anxiety :)

BUT YA I'M STILL SUPER BUSY AND STRESSED AND IDK I STRUGGLE SO HARD WITH ALL THIS STUFF WHEN WILL IT EVER GET EASIERRRRRRRRRRR

I actually ended up scheduling an emergency therapy session yesterday because I needed to talk about all my (rather dark sad depressing) thoughts and feelings and he was incredibly reassuring and grounding and I feel 10x better. It's crazy like... Before therapy, I felt like my entire existence was one big tangled black scribble. Every session makes that scribble feel less like a scribble and more like a fluid drawing of who I am.

But I will say, the night before my therapy session, I was lying in bed having a hard time falling asleep... so I put on one of my favorite ASMRtists. Listening to her made me feel so grounded and comforted and connected again. And that moment was so meaningful to me. Like ah. If one of you out there stumbles upon my asmr and it helps get you through difficult times or hard nights... that thought makes me feel incredibly happy and fulfilled.
