Once upon a quiet night, in the soft velvet sky, there was a little star named Lumi. She was the tiniest star in her part of the sky, but oh, how she sparkled—twinkling with excitement, always dancing, always glowing.

Lumi loved to shine. She twirled beside the moon, played tag with the planets, and giggled with the shooting stars. Every night, she twinkled brighter and brighter, trying to light up the sky all by herself.

But one evening, the moon looked over at Lumi and said in a gentle hum,
“Little one, even stars need rest.”

Lumi paused.
“But I don’t want to stop shining,” she whispered.
The moon smiled softly.
“Resting doesn’t mean you stop shining. It means you shine from within.”

And so, Lumi closed her bright little eyes, floating still in the sky, breathing slow and easy. She didn’t stop glowing—she just glowed softer, like a lullaby in the dark. The clouds wrapped around her like a blanket, and the breeze hummed a sleepy tune.

All around her, the night grew quieter, slower… more peaceful…
