Follow my visual instructions with auditory distractions! This video is best enjoyed with headphones :) I had this idea and wanted to try it!! Let me know if you enjoy it? Or if it’s just not a great combo and just strange? lol…but today I want you to follow my instructions and stay focused as there will be some subtle distractions and layered sounds happening in your ears. The pace is a little slower and more relaxed so it’s not too overwhelming! Timestamps below if you want to skip around, or let yourself be surprised at what you hear :)

What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.
