I believe I have pmdd, but my doctor didn’t really care to diagnose. 😭 Pmdd is a dehabiltating disorder that precedes menstraution; it severely affects mood and the physical body and is diagnosed based on symptoms and symptom tracking. So many of my symptoms align with the disorder, and it was triggered in me after my pregnancy. Antidepressants help with my symptoms (And I did find some vitamins that seemed to help)
