Hey everyone, today I tried a Chinese foot massage with guasha and cupping to treat insomnia! this massage started with a Chinese foot massage, the therapist used Chinese massage techniques mixed with thai massage techniques and it was very relaxing. Then he gave me a leg massage and used a guasha tool and last he gave me an arm and back massage, back guasha and chinese fire cupping!
