Tending the Wounded - Traditional ASMR Session

I personally dedicate this video to those who are physically and/or mentally / emotionally wounded. To the survivors of bullying and domestic abuse, to those recovering from an addiction, dealing with self harm or any number of issues that currently or recently have you in a less-than-ideal place in your life.

While I can't say it will get better, I like to hope so, and I like to think that it can, especially with time, patience, the help of professionals and by your own will, determination and life choices.

Remember: please call a professional if you are having any serious issues such as suicidal thoughts. As I say in this video, I'm not a professional nor are these videos meant to serve as a replacement to any professional or medical treatment.

I wish you all my very best, just as anyone else would, with each step forward that you take on your own path in life.

What is ASMR?

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current (non-scientific) name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering and personal attention.

ASMR videos are not only meant to help induce ASMR or "tingles", but also help provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer while helping to relieve their anxiety, stress, insomnia, to help those suffering with PTSD or depression, to serve as a study aid and more.
