I thought it was time we just did a whisper video, you know, back to basics. This video is really just a stream of consciousness so perfect for zoning out to 💆‍♀️ 💤 ✨

I figured I'd just freestyle on some of the things I was thinking about: my struggles with social media addiction, how nothing feels 'satisfying' anymore, discussing the benefits of a Dopamine Detox. Sometimes I feel like my mind doesn't belong to me anymore. I've felt locked into a cycle of consumption, and that I haven't been really giving my mind a chance to breathe, to do absolutely nothing. This weekend I'm going to attempt to give myself a chance to detox and feel some of the feelings that I've perhaps been ignoring. I'd encourage you to take some time to just be, your mind needs it 🧠 💫
