Here is the second part of the black and white "testing Tascam DR40x mic" kinda video :) I personally believe that deep breathing is essential, especially for people who are struggling with anxiety or panic attacks (like I do sometimes). Its really important to stop, take it slow, take a deep breath, and exhale. Repeating this helps you, while doing the exercise imagine your safe place and Be There. A peaceful cost with big waves and fresh salty air, a cozy wooden house, find Yours.

One of mine is a valley at sunset, surrounded by forest, hearing the floating brook nearby, watching deer walking around, seeing the sun shining on them, and taking in the fresh forest air.
