I wanted to make a video to help you when your head hurts! No talking, no tapping, no glass, nothing that will make your headache worse. Lovely deep head massage sounds, wet wash cloth sounds, and oily massage sounds, accompanied by visual triggers where I give you (and myself!) a face massage. And this video isn't JUST for headaches, of course! It's a tinglefest in and of itself :D Let me know what you think!
