What makes this raw salmon safe to eat? It’s sushi grade. So please don’t try to eat raw salmon unless it is sushi grade. I never knew what sushi grade meant so I did some quick research. I found some very interesting things.
🐟I found out that the parasitic raw salmon is put into a quick flash freeze to kill all the parasites.
🐟This is done on the boat immediately after being caught, to preserve the freshness and texture.
🐟This way eating it raw is harmless, parasitic free and it’s still very nutritious and satisfying.
🐟The claim that a fish is sushi grade is only as trustworthy as the fish market that makes it.
