Let's check up and examine your feeling and emotions with some personal attention, face touching, hand movements, and up close whispering to help you relax, calm your nerves, and hopefully deliver some tingles!

Today we will examine your feelings and emotions while we recognize and acknowledge them. We'll clean away some physical and emotional grime, while we recognize and validate what you're feeling. Then we'll work on loosening some hard emotions and memories, while seeing them for what they are and hopefully helping them to move along, or at least make them easier to live with. This is both an exercise in mindfulness, as well as a medical-type roleplay and up-close examination.

What does ASMR stand for? Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.

What is ASMR? To me, it's a really cool sensation that some of us get in response to some auditory (sound - whispers, tapping, hand sounds) or visual triggers (hand movements, watching someone focus, draw, paint, etc. or personal attention). For some it's a tingling or vibrating feeling often felt in the head, neck, shoulders, and/or back, and can change based on different triggers. It can feel like a tingly scalp massage or just a relaxing feeling all over.

For people who don't experience the ASMR tingles, these videos can still be helpful to destress, relax, or as a sleep aid.
