Chest & Neck Release To ease shoulder Pain [AMSR][No Talking][No Music]

She had a pain between her shoulder... must be tight chest right?
so what a lot of people don't know is quite often pain around the shoulder, or a burning sensation or huge knot like feeling as actually being partly caused be the chest being tight and rounding the shoulders.
so before I begin massaging the shoulders and upper back 9/10 ill actually start with the neck and chest to release any tension and tightness there first.
