Kia ora everyone! For this full body, first person POV healing reiki session, I will be using sound and light therapy, crystals and healing touch to remove your negative energy. There will be negative energy plucking, cutting, humming and visualisations. This video ends with a quiet moment of stillness layered with crisp rain sounds. I made this video a lot darker than usual to make the light triggers really pop and to help you feel cozy and safe 🥰
This video was inspired by @SkepticalPickleASMR after watching her Trippy ASMR video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjKR6HHbQ7M&t=1579s. My video is quite different to her amazing video, but the idea for this came to me while watching it so I highly recommend watching if you're yearning for inspiration in your life.
Pō mārie, good night!

What does "Kia ora" mean?
"Kia ora" is a term from Te reo Māori, the language of the indigenous people of Aotearoa (New Zealand). It's a holistic term that can be used in lots of different situations. Translated literally, 'ora' refers to a state of living, or being alive. Adding 'kia' changes "ora" from a noun to a verb ('alive' to 'living'). So when you say kia ora to someone, you are wishing the essence of life upon them! "Kia ora" is commonly used as a greeting in Aotearoa, even though many of us (like me!) are not fluent in Te reo. I use it at the start of every video because it's important to me to share as much of the culture of this wonderful country as I can with you all. "Kia ora" can also be used as a way to say good luck, thank you and best wishes!
