This lovely client has been living on Jeju Island for the past year. Whenever she comes to Seoul, she makes time to visit me for her perms and gray root touch-ups, arranging her journey around flight fares and other errands. Every return visit reminds me that trust is something we build together over time.

For this appointment, I worked with particular care, shaping the perm around her hair condition and the look she wanted.
