AWAKEN THE THIRD EYE

Recently was drawn to address ways to cleanse, nourish, activate, access and activate our 3rd eye, or pineal gland.
Our pineal gland is what is considered to be our physical third eye. This gland is typically calcified by the time we are 17 years old due to the toxins in our diets, water, and lifestyle.
There are ways to decalcify this gland with diet/detox, herbs,, meditation, yoga, sound, affirmations, stones, and other ways as well.
These are the steps I took when I was working on my 3rd eye, and I still have these practices implemented in my life to maintain a healthy pineal gland. It's a lifestyle change, to adjust your diet and mediation practices, but so worth it.
