Fall Asleep Reiki with ASMR (Soft speaking, Whisper)

Welcome to this 'Fall Asleep' themed distance Reiki session with ASMR. As you can see this video looks a bit different from the others since I'm filming this in the evening, with some candles and coziness. I use a lot of sounds in this video, and maybe that'll be the case from now on, I don't know. The main pieces I use are singing bowls, African bracelet that kinda sounds like a maraca & Icelandic shamanic drum. I will definitely use those again and more, let me know in the comments if you liked them!

The focus is to calm you down for sleep, and relieve anxiety with the help of Reiki.
