[ASMR] Energy Work 💤✨ Deeply Relaxing Body Scan

Hello 💖💖 Welcome to another video of healing, nurturing, transformation, coziness, and consciousness! On this channel, I do relaxing talking energy healing sessions (mainly with Reiki and the tools of Access Consciousness/Access Bars®) where I work on your energy field, channel the Reiki energy to you and speak on some healing topics in a soft tone.

This video is a gentle body scan, an energy cleanse where I guide you through the 'who does this belong to/return to sender' exercise from Access Consciousness, work on your field (hand momvements) and allow the Reiki healing energy to flow to you and contribute to this session.

I have not been using as many sound trigger/healing tools over the past year as I've been away from home, but I will get back to that once I am reunited with all of my stuff and my home.
I have also been having audio issues the entire time I've been away from Iceland, as I don't have the mic I usually use, we didn't take it with us, and with every other mic I use, there has just always been something that goes wrong or just sounds horrible. Let's just look forward to the return of the good mic in a few weeks!
