This meditation is specifically aimed at empaths or highly sensitive people but is also useful for those who want to build personal confidence. "Owning a room" is about taking up energetic space, not so much owning anything outside of your being. Personally, I pick up on a lot of energy in a room, whether it is just one person or many in there with me. This is why I decided to take us through the steps of anchoring your energy into the earth, as well as giving you a practical visualization that will help you to fill your space with loving, safe and nurturing energy. This guided journey involves the 5 elements with natures sound effects, and it involves the four corners used in Shamanism, Druidry and Toltec wisdom to name a few.
