ASMR with my chair (NO talking) - leather sounds (tapping, ...) aka ChairSMR

Hello and welcome to chairSMR!

Today, I will be tapping, stroking, brushing and squeezing my chair 😅
I first saw a video like this on @ElodeeASMR and it was really relaxing but I think it was Marno who did it first - anyhow, I thought it was a great idea!

I actually always thought my chair sounded kind of tingly but when I saw videos of other people using their chair to make asmr I was like "... oh so that's an option!"

What even is ASMR?

ASMR describes a feeling of pleasant goosebumps (this is also called tingles). You may it know from when someone scratched your scalp or your back. ASMR videos trigger this feeling using various different sounds and visuals.
ASMR can help people fall asleep. It also calms anxiety and can be used for both relaxation and focusing on a task.
