My Client a pole fitness enthusiast has been recovery for the past year after falling from the pole and breaking her collar bone.. She has been having regular physio and in-between coming to me for treatments too when the pain becomes too severe. I was a little reluctant to release this as we started with the intention to make a asmr video but due to heat filmed a regular session with Holly to deal with her pain as such we was talking and afterwards she didn't want her speaking on the video. I initially decided I wasn't going to release it but decided id still go ahead and remove the chatting and instead but a nice relaxing track to it..this one is

I've also dropped the intro instead you can watch from the start in order to ease all her shoulders and upper back, I started with the neck, before moving onto the chest and finally the upper back.. this is a pattern I tend to follow a lot and tweak according to individual clients needs, adding in stretching, joint mobilsation, pressure point work, trigger point, myofascial release, deep tissue and soft tissue and in this video cupping also.
