This is a delicious recipe on how to make polish Golumpki aka stuffed cabbage.
Normally you would use onion, make a home made sauce or use tomato soup with dairy.
The traditional version also required pork mixed with beef or lamb. It comes out super delicious and tender but I personally cannot eat red meat so I am substituting with ground chicken meat.
I also mentioned in the video to cook it for 45 minutes at 375F but i did 385 for 50 minutes. You may have to experiement a bit but mine came out delicious but the cabbage was a little tough in some areas so it's best to cook it on a lower heat for a longer time. I would said 375F for 50-60 minutes. This is a great recipe if you have dietary restrictions or just want to eat lower carb. Hope you enjoy the video.. Remember, be easy on me. First time making this and it was always something I loved as a kid when my mom or nana would make it for me.
