Hello all of you lovely people ๐ here is a loooong video I've been wanting to do for some time for you all, slowing counting you into a deep sleep which will be perfect for those of you that take a while to wind down๐ค and of course as it's October, I had to throw in some of the most tingly Halloween trigger words to break it up a bit ๐ป there is lots of tracing numbers slowly with sleepy clicky whisper and lots of personal attention ๐ thought this lighting was best for this sort of video too so there's no bright lights to disrupt your relaxation โจI only count to 30 in this video but verrrry slowly so there doesn't seem like there's any rush for you to fall asleep๐ I hope you all enjoy and are excited for Halloween, because I am ahhh !! ๐ Goodnight and sleep well ๐
