This beginner friendly class is for releasing tension and stress from your body and mind. The class Includes breathing work, meditation and stretches. The whole video is made nice and easy with props and taught at a slow pace with plenty of instruction. I’m an over 300 hour certified yoga teacher with five year experience so you can be sure you are safe in my hands. Namaste
