ASMR Fast Tapping & Scratching Assortment | Lo-fi | With Natural and Fake Nails | No Talking

Hello, and welcome to my channel! This video consists of fast tapping and scratching on a variety of items. The first half of the video is filmed with my press-on nails, and the last half is filmed with my natural nails. I find scratching on fabric with natural nails sounds so much better, because the nails are thinner and catches on to the fabric! There is a lot of textured scratching, tapping, and scratchy tapping.

This is a lo-fi video - filmed with only my phone and no high quality mics or cameras. I have been obsessed with lo-fi videos lately. I always loved it, but lately it has been my go-to videos to watch!

How do I define ASMR?

ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain is getting a relaxing massage, and it slows my heart rate, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).

Why do I make ASMR?

ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.

The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!
