In this Video with my client Laura we explored some light touch stroking up and down the back, again i found to give myself a little focus i concentrated on connected with the meridian pathways used in shiatsu and acupuncture been aware of the energy that flowed through the pathways.... however i did allow my fingertips to explore as i worked to create a very holistic experience...Laura found it incredibly relaxing to receive and i hope you will also find it relaxes you as you watch it.
