ASMR This Skin Treatment Will SCRUB, LIQUID SHAKE + MASSAGE the Chicken Pilaris Sleep Deprived Out!!

Happy Monday everyone! Spring is here and the weather is warming up.☀️Tee shirt and tank top weather is upon us and so are the layers and layers of dead skin all over da body!! 🧟‍♀️ My cousin has chicken pilaris (yes that’s what I call it) and she has been trying to get rid of it for awhile now. Diet is the best way to clear it up but I’m going to focus on the external tools for this video. This exfoliation routine helped me get rid of my own mild chicken pilaris! 🐔🤛 With that being said, I don’t actually use the St. Ives scrub on myself. I use an exfoliating towel and body wash while in the shower as the first step. I just used the St. Ives in this video because it makes such nice scrubby sounds! 😎 Then I proceed with the chemical exfoliation and finally, slather on the SPACKEL! I do this routine every 3 days and my skin is the smoothest it’s ever been in my life! I love it. 💎 Final thoughts: I suggest you don’t use the St. Ives because it makes the AHA product STING! Use an exfoliating towel/ gloves in the shower instead. I also focused on healing my damaged skin by moisturizing consistently for a few months before I began my exfoliating routine.
