If you stay with the sounds, the movements and the quiet guidance, you may notice your thoughts becoming less urgent without even realizing when it happened.
Throughout this video you’ll hear a mix of comforting sounds moving from side to side to keep your attention in the present moment. Gentle sponge sounds, wooden textures, feathers, fabric, hair sounds and soft mouth sounds are layered into a slow and calm rhythm designed to feel safe and grounded.
