ASMR Reiki For Grounding/Plucking Negative Energy/Reiki Master Centering Session with Crystals, Sage

Hello Everybody,

Welcome to my Channel! I'm sending you all so much support at this time. Hoping you're staying safe and healthy. This Distance Reiki Session for Grounding was requested by you so often I knew I had to create this video! It's something I love chatting about, and I think cultivating your own personal grounding practice can be very empowering :)

In this Distance Reiki Session video we use earth elements to help center and ground our physical and etheric bodies. I use natural, raw wood, earth stones, sound therapy, color therapy & aroma therapy. I also pluck negative energies from your aura, which for me is not only a beautiful practice in Reiki, but also a very soothing ASMR trigger.

I feel so excited about the combination of Reiki and ASMR. I think ASMR is a beautiful compliment to Reiki as it encourages relaxation which is an ideal state to begin this kind of energy work. If you are just here for the ASMR aspect of this channel that's totally cool too! I love ASMR, and I think it has so many incredible benefits, so all are welcome :)
