There are some faster and slower hand movements and plucking. I'll also be whispering lots of positive affirmations to you to fill you back up with good energy. ✨

I've always loved Massage ASMR's reiki sessions, so this is my homage to that style. There's also some trigger words and some different mouth sounds.
