ASMR [2/3] CLOTHES SCRATCHING (SWEATER) *no talking after intro*

As to celebrate my birthday that was yesterday I want to give you something from myself on this occassion ☺️🎉

A series of 3 videos ☺️

To be honest, this birthday was kind of though haha, whatever it can mean, but you know I came to realize (and I already knew it for a long time before however it just hit me) that the main reason we usually become unhappy about something is that we expect too much or expect anything at all - why do we do this? It is better to just live freely, catching the moment and be happy from anything that comes on its own because then everything will seem special to us. If we start to expect stuff, even if we receive something or something happens to us we do not consider it special anymore or do not appreciate it enough because from the begining we had our mind set on that particular something - and what for? To be sad that in the end it didn't meet your expectations? We are missing on so much acting this way - if I wouldn't expect anything and would set my mind open for anything I would say that I received so so much this birthday :)
It's just a little thought for today for everyone - have a good one ^^

PS. And to be honest, for me to come to this realization is also sort of a present for me, because now I can progress in making my life so much better.
