Salad Ingredients:

* 1/2 medium green cabbage
* 1 medium zucchini
* 1 medium carrot
* 1 large tomato

Dressing Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Soy Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette diluted with some water
* 1/2 small spicy pepper
* small handful of pumpkin seeds
* cracked black pepper
* 1 and 1/2 sheet shredded nori
* few sprigs of scallion
* tiny tiny drizzle of sesame oil
