Or simply come as you are and allow yourself to be held in love — including the deepest parts of you that may have been wounded, hidden, or buried.

Through shamanic drumming, Reiki, humming, chanting, and healing intention, I invite your body to relax and your mind to settle as you imagine yourself somewhere beautiful — somewhere you feel completely safe, held, and loved.

As we move into the gentle frequencies of the steel tongue drum, the journey shifts deeper into remembrance: reconnecting with who you truly are beneath everything you've learned you needed to be.
