Using ultra-gentle manipulative therapy all over your body, we're looking to reset your body's patterns and re-balance it to promote better mobility, posture, and tissue health. Bowen uses a special move that looks like a 'rolling' motion, and it aims to tell the nervous system that the area we're working on needs to be addressed and normalized, rather than using forceful manipulation to manually re-position something back into place.
