This video has scratching sounds on my feet, legs, hands and arms. (Please do not tell me to grow my toenails longer, as I like them short...thank you!) Then I apply lotion. These are my long natural nails. Hope you enjoy!

What is ASMR?

“ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response." It typically refers to the "tingly feeling" that travels from the head downward that some experience in response to certain sounds, feelings, or descriptions. These can include soft whispering, crinkling paper, or a gentle touch.”

To me, it’s a relaxing or calming feeling, the tingles or the chills.

I acknowledge the interest in my foot-related videos, but I am always trying to provide a wider variety of content. I am not my feet. 😉 I like my toenails short, so please do not tell me to grow them longer. I do, however, like my fingernails long. 🥰 My favorite trigger has always been tapping with long nails. I like hair play with long nails too. I also like soft, subtle mouth sounds and gentle whispering, but I’m not confident enough to do those just yet.
