Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having black bean noodles with enoki mushrooms! Jjajangmyeon is easily my favorite Korean dish, it's so yummy. 😻 I love the thick black bean sauce which is a bit sweet and all the chunks in there! I'm adding enoki mushrooms because I felt like adding two awesome things today. :D Have you tried Jjajangmyeon or enoki mushrooms yet?
